Our Passion & Our Mission

Our Store grew out of our love for all animals. Our goal is to either provide or direct you to get everything you need to keep an animal in your home because we have pets in ours.

We understand the special bond between pets and their owners, and we want to encourage that kind of love in everyone.
Pet ownership is a rewarding responsibility, and with this in mind we continue to make sure that everyone who comes to us is well-educated and understands the obligations required to keep a happy and healthy pet. As a result of our hard work, our customers constantly tell us how happy they have been since having a pet in their lives. Our Return Policy

The Small Print

Currently we do not accept any returns on any live animals or custom/handmade products.
Partial store credit may be considered under certain circumstances less return shipping & restocking fees.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on deposits or any paid in full "Spring hold" sales. 
We can issue a store credit less deposit or 25% of total sale.
Prepaid Flat rate shipping fees will also be applied as a credit towards any shipping of a new order.

Knowing Our Customer

Going the Extra Mile

In an effort to provide an extra level of protection to you our customer and to aid in the safety of the animals we provide, we employ additional steps to verify the identity of our customers prior to any sale or shipment.  This means we may require you to provide additional information to establish and verify identity, payment information or shipping information before a sale is complete.  

Some of our rules are as follows specifically regarding all live animal sales excluding feeders:
 

 

IN PERSON
We require that all customers picking up a live animal must be at
least 18 Years of age (ID may be required)

(or accompanied by a parent or guardian).

ONLINE ORDERS

First time customers may be required to provide current State or Federal Photo ID with
the current billing address for all overnight and 2 day shipments or for any order above $299.00.

The address must match with any electronic payment information

At our discretion we may also require a video conference (or in person meeting where available) 
as part of the verification process.

For those purchasing on behalf of a business we may require that you submit your state issued business certificate or EIN information to satisfy the ID requirement.
This documentation must match any billing information provided.

We reserve the right to deny any sale if this verification process is not completed.

​

Established customers will not need to resubmit verification documents as long as the verification information remains current.  

​

During this verification process we will also check local and state regulations regarding any regulated species that may be part of your order to verify if they are legal in your state. Orders may be adjusted or canceled based on these findings unless proper permits can be provided.

WHY ARE WE ASKING FOR THIS INFORMATION?
This information is a fraud prevention step & helps us verify our animals are shipped and received safely to their new home.

This also allows us to take a proactive approach to stopping fraudulent charges or chargebacks from occurring.

For our customers privacy and security all verification information will destroy all verification documentation once verification has been completed.

Please note that we may request additional information as necessary when it pertains to adoption of any animal listed as a rescue including proof of proper care, habitat etc already being established prior to any exchange or sale.  

Python Addiction Warranty

Our Policy

We take pride in all of the animals we produce.  However, we have to take several external factors into consideration once an animal leaves our care.  As such all sales of live animals are as is once they leave our facility. 
This applies to direct in person sales. 
For sales that involve shipping an animal to you, we have a Live Animal guarantee based on the Ship Your Reptiles policy.  Under this policy you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with current video for any warranty claim to be considered.  Please see Shipping and Delivery for further information on shipping policies.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us immediately, as we have no problem review things on a case by case basis.

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

In an effort to make sure that animals are shipped and received healthy we have strict shipping requirements set in place to honor our Live animal warranty.

Eligible Shipments Must be:
Priority Overnight Shipping only. (Within the contiguous 48 States)
Cannot ship to HI, AK and international locations 
Can only ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday 
(Can only be shipped to a Fedex Ship Center (Hub) to be picked up)
Shipments will be managed and insured based on Ship Your Reptiles policy and requirements.
Shipping will be postponed for inclement weather and other noted potential delays.
(We will reach out to you should your shipment be subject to a delay).

 

Alternative Shipping Options:
We will ship to business addresses or to Fedex Office sites.
If shipping to a business someone must be available to sign for the package.
(The name of the person or persons whom are authorized to sign must be provided prior to shipping for documentation).
(This does not include other 3rd party locations such as Walgreens etc.)
(Select this option at your own risk - no live animal warranty claims will be honored)  
You will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the liability prior any packages being shipped. 

At this time we are not shipping to residential addresses for any live animals

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

All other products & merchandise will be shipped either by USPS Priority, Fedex or UPS as agreed upon at the time of sale.
Delivery address must match verification documentation.  Alternate addresses will not be accepted.
 

 

Please Note.  At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States (excludes AK,HI)

 

Any order addressed to an international shipping service will automatically be canceled.
